Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a business analyst to support event registration process improvements. You will engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and produce documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project.

Your responsibilities include preparing user stories, managing stakeholder requirements, and facilitating UAT. This role is based in Dubai with an attractive salary range of AED 18,000 - 20,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, particularly in event registration processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Produce Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specification (FRS).
• Support UAT planning and ensure requirements traceability.
