We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with expertise in digital products within the financial services sector.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services.
• Proven success in delivering business analysis projects and driving process improvements for digital products and services.
• Mandatory certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Business process modeling training/certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; skills in Microsoft Visio and Access are a plus.
• Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC, Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum), and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Role Purpose
