Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work on multiple key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with senior business stakeholders, and the technical acumen to work closely with the IT team.

Qualifications

• Should be having a prior background in banking/financial industry. (At least 3-5 years)
• Must be having hands-on experience under BA space (At least 7-10 years)
• Must have worked on multiple IT/Business based project under BA capacity and involved in end-to-end projects lifecycle.
• Must be having excellent functional knowledge in any of the given domain (Personal Banking, Business Banking, SME, Wealth Management, Digital Banking or corporate banking)
• Prior Technical background is definite plus
• CBAP or any BA certification is definite plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Must be having Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in creating detailed BRDs and other project documentation.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus.

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and users to elicit and document detailed business requirements (BRD).
• Conduct thorough analysis to understand the needs, objectives, and constraints of the project.
• Bridge the gaps between technological solutions and business objectives.
• Create clear and concise documentation (including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user interface mockups) translating business requirements into functional specifications that both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders can understand.
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it remains up to date and accessible to stakeholders.
