Job description

Must have: Shipping Liner/Terminal Operations experience.

5-6 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing Product Backlogs in Agile software projects and at least 1 year as a developer or quality assurance.

Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment supporting the team.

Excellent at gathering business requirements, analyzing and reengineering business processes to improve efficiency. Familiar with the latest tools and technologies for requirement management, documentation, prototyping, and process mapping.

Ability to propose innovative solutions and process improvements. Skilled in creating detailed, coherent, and user-friendly project documentation.

High level of commitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and good analytical problem-solving abilities. Capable of building trust and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

- Must have exposure to the logistics domain.

- Proven experience in understanding features from development code, writing and executing database queries, and system analysis.

Key responsibilities:

Producing backlogs for the development team in an Agile environment.

Collaborating closely with clients’ Subject Matter Experts.

Conducting business analysis and managing requirements.

Creating project documentation such as the Project Initiation Document, System Requirements Specification, user stories, etc.

Prototyping User Interfaces.

Applying analytical and critical thinking skills.
