JOB TITLE
Senior Business Analyst | Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions | Finance

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of ERP data through meticulous data cleansing, validation, and testing. The role supports smooth ERP implementations by leading hypercare support, defect resolution, and user training. This position ensures that financial and transactional data aligns with business rules and accounting standards. By empowering end users and driving data accuracy.

ROLE PROFILE

• Analyze and validate financial data in ERP systems, including general ledger, AR, and AP modules.
• Lead data cleansing efforts for master and transactional data, identifying and resolving discrepancies and duplicates.
• Provide hypercare support post-ERP implementation, resolving data issues and supporting smooth transitions.
• Collaborate on test planning and execution (SIT, UAT), ensuring accounting data accuracy and system functionality.
• Document cleansing methodologies, data quality issues, and resolution processes within Dynamics AX and SAP.
• Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and project progress.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Business Analysts) to ensure ERP data accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users on ERP functionalities and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in R2R, P2P, or O2C processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
