About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the analysis and delivery of digital initiatives within the Data & AI space.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Drive the design and implementation of digital frameworks that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

- Manage and mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines and aggressive delivery timelines.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

- Support the commercialization of AI models and services.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–12 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Data & AI.

- Proven track record in digital banking, fintech, neobanks, or startup environments.

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI commercialization and model monetization.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital product delivery.

Preferred Background

- Experience in startups, fintech, digital banks, or neobanks.

- Exposure to AI-driven investment platforms or digital wealth advisory tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the UAE or GCC region.
