Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to perform detailed requirements gathering with IT, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations across group entities and conduct GAP analyses of the legacy back-office solution supporting brokerage, market making, and asset management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
8+ years in Financial Services with back-office systems experience.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze detailed requirements for back-office systems across business lines.
Conduct comprehensive system GAP analysis against the company’s future strategy.
Evaluate enhancements of back-office features, automation and processes.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents for back-office features.
Assess data structures and propose data governance improvements.
Facilitate development of system specifications with business units, IT and vendors.
Stay updated on brokerage back-office tech, automation, data reconciliation, and compliance.
