Job summary

Allocation Assist is seeking an experienced Consultant Breast Cancer Specialist to join a leading healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive post-fellowship experience in diagnosis and management of breast cancer, with strong multidisciplinary care expertise.

Responsibilities include leading assessment, staging, treatment planning, participating in tumor boards, developing individualized plans, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to governance,

Qualifications

• Medical degree with appropriate specialist qualifications in Breast Cancer / Breast Oncology or a relevant specialty.
• Completion of a recognized sub-specialty fellowship.
• Preferred: 10+ years of experience after completion of the sub-specialty fellowship.
• Extensive experience in the management of breast cancer across different stages and presentations.
• Strong multidisciplinary and clinical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
• Eligible for professional registration/licensing with the SCFHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive specialist care for patients with breast cancer.
• Lead the assessment, diagnosis, staging and treatment planning of breast cancer patients.
• Manage complex and advanced breast cancer cases.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgery, radiology, pathology and radiation oncology teams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on current clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Provide ongoing patient follow-up and survivorship care.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, education and research activities.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior medical staff.
