Job Description

What you'll be doing

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the regional marketing strategy for four luxury brands: Swarovski, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, and Adolfo Dominguez. Reporting to the VP of Aspirational Luxury, you will oversee a marketing team of eight across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain. Your role will be crucial in driving strategic alignment, ensuring excellence in execution, and managing relationships with stakeholders including global brand teams, local partners, and internal teams.

Strategic Marketing & Brand Execution

  • Drive omnichannel marketing strategies across retail and digital platforms, ensuring seamless campaign execution and customer experience.
  • Lead influencer and content marketing initiatives, building long-term creator partnerships and optimizing digital strategies for performance and brand awareness.
  • Execute brand strategies across omnichannel platforms, balancing global brand equity with regional relevance and local nuances.
  • Develop and activate influencer and content strategies to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Utilize data insights to refine campaigns, aligning with customer behavior and competitive positioning.

Commercial & Business Planning

  • Participate in strategic meetings with regional teams and partners to discuss strategy and commercial conditions.
  • Collaborate with GMs and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business targets and demand planning.
  • Translate customer and commercial insights into marketing actions to support top-line growth.

Performance Management & Budget Ownership

  • Establish KPIs for brand and team performance, tracking results across channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and effective spend allocation.
  • Report to senior leadership with insights and strategic recommendations.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead a diverse, multi-market team, emphasizing empowerment and professional development.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for smooth campaign execution.
  • Improve operational efficiency through optimized processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven senior management experience with expertise in ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning cross-functional priorities and influencing at senior levels.
