Dubai Holding seeks to hire a Senior Brand Manager - Marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies, managing the annual marketing calendar and budgets, executing campaigns, strategic projects, content planning, and brand guardianship. The manager will coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners.

Key Accountabilities :

Brand Strategy & Campaigns :

  • Plan and execute brand strategies, campaigns, creative strategies, and 360 marketing plans.
  • Drive content creation aligned with brand objectives for targeted audiences.
  • Deliver brand experience objectives for internal events and key stakeholders.
  • Lead content creation for social media, digital, and internal channels, including brand films and series like Backstage and Humans of Dubai Holding. Support new brand launches, re-brand initiatives, project launches, and corporate events.

Brand Guardianship and Management :

  • Maintain and update DH Brand guidelines and standards.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders for consistent brand implementation.
  • Audit brand presence and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies for brand advice, creative approval, and campaign support.
  • Provide ongoing brand support and conduct brand audits to measure brand equity.
  • Update brand assets systematically and manage content and collateral creation as needed.

Team Management :

  • Manage external agencies and design support with clear briefs and feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.

Budgeting, Planning & Reporting :

  • Track budgets and ensure projects stay within financial targets.
  • Develop planning templates, calendars, and set goals for initiatives.
  • Provide weekly status updates and progress reports.
  • Utilize digital asset management tools for creative assets.

Candidate Profile :

  • 8-10 years of experience in Brand and Marketing Management.

Education & Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, planning, and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, results-oriented, creative, collaborative, and self-motivated.
