Senior Brand Manager Biologics-GCC
What You Will Do
Operational Brand Management & Customer Excellence
- Build and drive the brand strategy based on customer insights from interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on the development of the Business Action Plan with the Franchise Head.
- Implement the Business Action Plan, updating and revising segmentation and targeting strategies to meet marketing objectives.
- Lead the operational rollout of strategic plans through campaigns and meetings.
- Identify market insights and work with Market Intelligence to refine strategies.
- Develop understanding of market research principles and contribute to forecasting models.
Communication & Promotion
- Create campaign materials and briefing documents aligned with global guidelines.
- Manage agencies to optimize resource use and ensure performance.
- Coordinate with medical and sales teams for activities like advisory boards and symposia.
- Organize sales meetings and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
- Manage budgets and prepare cost estimates for activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with internal and external clients.
- Lead the Brand Team and collaborate with sales to implement strategies.
- Support sales force development through training and field visits.
- Report on tactical plan implementation and maintain customer relationships.
- Proactively assess brand performance and address challenges.
Corporate Responsibility
- Maintain high ethical standards and comply with corporate policies and local laws.
- Report health, environment, and safety incidents timely.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, with networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Specialty or Biologics sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (marketing, life sciences, pharma).
- Ability to develop and execute brand plans and analyze data.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and financial skills.
- Experience working in GCC markets.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in brand launches.
- Experience managing diverse brand portfolios across therapy areas.
