Brief Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading multinational lifestyle retail group operating across the Middle East and Africa. With a diverse portfolio of international franchise brands across fashion, F&B, home, beauty, and more, the group is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead and grow key brands within their fashion division.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a passion for brand building, expansion, and operational excellence. You will oversee brand performance across multiple markets, own the P&L, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact strategies.

Senior Brand Manager - Requirements:

1. 10+ years experience in brand management within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
2. 6+ years in a managerial role
3. Demonstrated success in growing brands and expanding into new markets
4. Strong understanding of P&L, commercial KPIs, and stock/inventory management
5. Proven leadership in cross-market team management and franchise partnerships
6. Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus)
7. Proficient in MS Office
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
