We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager – Men's Skin & Haircare to lead the growth, innovation, and regionalization of our skincare portfolio across the GCC markets. This high-impact role will execute the brand strategy, own 360 marketing plans, retail and D2C launches, content collaborations, and performance optimization across our hero product lines.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, creative, R&D, retail, and digital teams across Seoul, New York and Dubai—and lead with creativity, insight, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end brand strategy for the Men's grooming category, including innovation planning, communications, and campaign development
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Drive product launches and lifecycle management in D2C, Amazon, and retail channels
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with dermatologists, influencers, and content creators to build credibility and advocacy
  • Monitor brand KPIs and optimize performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnels
  • Localize global brand assets and storytelling for the GCC
  • Partner with internal teams on campaign content, in-store experiences, and community activations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand or product marketing in hair, skincare, or consumer health
  • Proven track record of managing a premium beauty or wellness brand with a strong D2C and retail presence
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across geographies and time zones
  • Passion for beauty, science, consumer insight, and ethical branding
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with skincare brands
  • Knowledge of formulation ingredients, claims, and regulatory nuances
  • Background in launching products in eCommerce, Pharmacy, lifestyle retail.
  • Strategic thinker with creative instincts and a bias for action
