Job summary

Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) seeks a senior branding leader to drive development and consistent application of the Masdar brand across all touchpoints. You will manage brand identity, guidelines, visuals, and a design team to ensure a coherent presence that aligns with Masdar’s purpose and sustainability focus.

The role includes leading branding projects, audits, and creative briefs for marketing initiatives, while coordinating with internal departments and external agencies.

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution; bachelor’s degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and consistent application of the Masdar brand across all touchpoints.
• Manage branding & advertising activities, ensuring brand visuals and guidelines are applied consistently.
• Oversee brand visuals across materials and third-party assets to maintain quality and alignment with guidelines.
• Lead the brand & design team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Oversee branding activities and creative executions to ensure alignment with corporate identity.
• Support delivery of events with brand visuals that meet high standards and clear briefs for marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to enhancing Masdar’s digital platforms with consistent brand representation.
