Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Brand Executive to support the end-to-end execution of brand-building initiatives. This role is primarily execution-focused, playing a critical role in translating strategy into action, managing omnichannel campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders. The individual will also contribute to strategic planning by providing consumer insights, campaign learnings, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Execution: Support the implementation of integrated brand strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  2. Omnichannel Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across offline and digital touchpoints.
  3. Conduct research to gather insights on consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends.
  4. Work with internal teams or agencies to synthesize findings supporting brand planning.
  5. Agency Management:
    • Identify and evaluate potential agency partners as required.
    • Liaise with agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with digital, product, compliance, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
  7. Performance & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
  8. Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and resource allocation.
  9. Brand Reputation: Uphold and enhance the brand's image across all platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within BFSI, FMCG, or consumer sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and omnichannel brand execution.
  3. Ability to conduct consumer and competitive research independently.
  4. Experience managing creative and media agencies.
  5. Excellent project management and communication skills.
  6. Creative mindset with a passion for innovative storytelling.
