Qualifications
- 10+ years of blockchain, financial services, fintech or related experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology or digital asset programs.
- Ability to translate blockchain concepts into commercial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute blockchain and digital asset strategy.
- Lead crypto, tokenized assets, DeFi initiatives.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps for digital assets.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, tech, risk, legal, and operations.
- Oversee tokenization, custody, wallets, exchanges, and DeFi efforts.
- Engage with financial institutions, platforms, and regulators.
- Present to C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Mentor senior professionals and build teams.
