Mahindra India Design Studio (M.I.D.S) is seeking a mid-level to senior Smart Contract Developer | Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of blockchain-powered applications in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands-on contract engineering with solution architecture for secure, scalable systems.

You will design end-to-end blockchain solutions, develop and deploy production smart contracts, and collaborate across product, security, and engineering teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in blockchain development, smart contract engineering, or blockchain solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM ecosystems.
• Experience deploying contracts to testnets and mainnet.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions based on requirements.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain production‑ready smart contracts.
• Build smart contract logic using Solidity and block technologies.
• Design modular, scalable blockchain architectures for DApps.
• Evaluate networks, protocols, and infrastructure per project needs.
• Define on-chain/off-chain components and interactions.
• Develop blockchain apps, protocols, and decentralized services.
• Integrate contracts with frontend, backend, APIs, external platforms.
• Implement tokenization, asset management, and digital ownership mechanisms.
• Establish secure development patterns and testing for contracts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business teams.
