Rami Abu Shiekha medical Equipment رامي ابو شيخة للاجهزة الطبية is seeking a mid-level to senior Smart Contract Developer / Blockchain Solutions Architect. You will design end-to-end blockchain solutions, develop and maintain production-ready contracts, and integrate on-chain with off-chain systems across enterprise contexts.

The role requires hands-on Solidity experience, security-first mindset, and ability to lead technical discussions with product and security teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Professional experience in blockchain development, smart contracts, or solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with Solidity and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Experience deploying contracts to testnets and mainnet environments.
Understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, wallets, and cryptography.
Familiarity with Layer 2 ecosystems and Ethereum-compatible networks.
Proficiency with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent.
Experience with Web3 libraries and blockchain RPC/API services.
Experience with automated testing and secure coding practices.
Knowledge of gas management and transaction execution.
Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
Understanding REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and backend architecture.
Experience designing on-chain/off-chain system integrations.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end blockchain solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready smart contracts.
Build smart contract logic using Solidity and relevant blockchain technologies.
Design modular and scalable blockchain architectures for decentralized applications.
Evaluate networks, protocols, and infrastructure per project needs.
Define on-chain and off-chain components and their interaction models.
Develop blockchain-based applications, protocols, and decentralized services.
Integrate smart contracts with frontend, backend, APIs, and external platforms.
Design tokenization, asset-management, and digital ownership mechanisms where applicable.
Implement token/contract standards per project specs.
Establish development patterns for secure and maintainable contracts.
Create automated tests for blockchain applications.
Conduct contract debugging and investigate failed transactions.
Optimize contract execution, storage, costs, and performance.
Review code for security, reliability, and scalability; mitigate vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with security auditors during smart contract assessments.
Design access-control, authorization, and administrative mechanisms.
Evaluate wallet connectivity, custody models, and blockchain identity needs.
Develop integration strategies between blockchain networks and enterprise apps.
Support interoperability and cross-chain initiatives.
Assess Layer 2 networks, oracle solutions, and decentralized storage.
Establish technical standards for development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Develop architecture diagrams, specifications, API docs, and blueprints.
Collaborate with product, engineering, security, compliance, and business teams.
Participate in planning, architecture reviews, and sprint discussions.
Monitor deployed contracts and applications; troubleshoot incidents.
Research emerging blockchain tech and business applications.
Provide technical leadership to developers and teams.
