Job summary

Amgen in Dubai, UAE seeks a sales professional to promote Amgen products and drive patient access. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement territory plans, manage accounts, and develop product knowledge while engaging hospitals, clinics, and retail channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, pharma sales experience, CRM/MS Office proficiency, and excellent English communication. Local pharma qualification and strong time-management skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory POA and key account plans.
• Monitor progress monthly and adjust with manager.
• Collaborate with cluster/territory teams and Marketing Medical Affairs.
• Engage with peers and District Manager to improve product knowledge.
• Understand industry and healthcare trends in retail, clinics, and hospitals.
• Fulfill customer commitments promptly.
• Record customer activity in CRM and keep profiles updated.
• Apply Amgen selling platform to meet customer and company needs.
• Operate within the budget aligned with POA priorities.
• Seek inputs to prioritize activities; follow up with customers.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills via training.
