Job summary

Egis seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead infrastructure BIM efforts, focusing on wet/dry utilities and roadway design. You will guide the team in Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, and Dynamo, develop BIM execution plans, and ensure compliant information delivery from design through handover.

You will drive CDE governance, model quality, and automation scripts, while staying updated on industry best practices to maximize project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience delivering infrastructure BIM projects
• Advanced knowledge of Civil 3D and Navisworks
• Strong ACC understanding and BIM workflow experience
• Proven ability to lead coordination meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BEP, EIR responses, and MIDP/TIDP per ISO 19650
• Set up and manage CDE in ACC with folder structures and workflows
• Define and monitor model quality standards (LOD/LOIN, audits)
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet client and authority requirements
• Lead infrastructure modelling team and provide technical guidance
• Develop and deliver BIM training, standards, and templates
• Roll out BIM standards across projects
• Be main BIM point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Lead coordination meetings and model reviews across disciplines
