Job summary

AESG is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation across data center and mission critical projects in the EMEA region. This senior role reports to the Head of Mission Critical and combines hands-on modeling with strategic BIM governance.

You will manage BEPs/MIDP, coordinate disciplines, enforce ISO 19650 standards, mentor teams, and drive digital twin handover with COBie data. Occasional hotel, office, and commercial projects may also be included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior BIM roles with data center focus.
• Experience delivering ISO 19650 projects and EIR/BEP/MIDP/TIDP.
• Proven track record with hyperscale operators (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Advanced Revit skills plus Navisworks for coordination.
• Strong CDE administration and digital twin integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery across data center projects within EMEA, with occasional hotel and office projects.
• Develop BEPs, MIDPs and review TIDPs; manage CDE structures in ACC/BIM 360.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection sessions.
• Enforce BIM standards and QA/QC procedures per ISO 19650.
• Mentor BIM teams and contribute to risk management.
