Senior BIM Coordinator

Position: Senior BIM Coordinator

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in BIM Software proficiency for Industrial Buildings, must have UAE Consultancy Experience

Location: Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of BIM Process and technologies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM strategy for the project.
• Extract isometrics, MTOs, 3D views, Sections etc. as required by Engineering Team
• Attend Client Meetings, Present Overall BIM Model
• Lead BIM Model reviews, Prepare comment resolutions and ensure timely completion of BIM Model
• Manage Cost, Time and Quality of BIM Models in line with project requirements
• Setup and manage project inside ACC platform.
• Coordinates BIM activities across multiple disciplines.
• Ensures consistent model data and adherence to BIM standards.
• Manages project BIM team, fosters collaboration, and ensures consistent quality in delivery.
• Resolves coordination issues and facilitates communication among team members.
• Manages clash detection process and ensures clashes are addressed.
• Provides technical support and expertise in specialized aspects of BIM.
• Contributes to project optimization through specialized skills.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of software Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk AUTOCAD, ACC(BIM360),
• Good knowledge of local and international BIM standards (ISO 19650)
