Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and company policies.
• Analyze billing data and trends to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain billing system data integrity; assist with system enhancements and implementations.
• Prepare and present billing reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management.
