Overview

We’re Hiring: Head of Awareness & Engagement – UAE National

We are seeking a visionary Head of Awareness & Engagement to lead outreach, campaigns, and community participation initiatives. This role will focus on driving impactful communication strategies, strengthening international partnerships, and enhancing public engagement to support organizational objectives and elevate the institution’s presence locally and globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of awareness and engagement strategies in line with organizational vision.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of campaigns, events, and community participation programs.
  • Build and maintain international partnerships, including MOUs and representation in global and regional forums.
  • Drive community engagement through innovative initiatives, workshops, and surveys to increase participation.
  • Ensure alignment of media messages and awareness campaigns with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder and beneficiary databases, ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
  • Supervise creative communication efforts and adoption of digital engagement tools.
  • Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years’ relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing awareness campaigns, partnerships, and events.
