Chalhoub Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Beauty Intelligence team. The role focuses on GCC market research, data aggregation, and data-driven decision making to support brands and partners in a dynamic luxury retail landscape.

You will own the Prestige Beauty Panel, develop market models, and deliver monthly/ quarterly reports while collaborating with internal brands and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, data analytics, marketing, economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Market Intelligence Analyst, preferably in beauty.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own the Prestige Beauty Panel updates by aggregating data from structured and unstructured sources into a single database.
• Create monthly and quarterly market reports highlighting size, shares and trends for brands and partners.
• Develop local and regional beauty market models focusing on the GCC; compare with global insights.
• Collect and consolidate regional and local market estimates for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman; ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with Chalhoub brands, joint ventures and external partners to analyze beauty market performance and trends.
• Stay updated on industry developments, share findings to support strategic planning and growth.
• Develop and monitor beauty market projections and identify growth opportunities across markets and channels.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to capture new data sources and insights.
• Present analyses to senior management and external stakeholders; handle ad-hoc requests timely.
• Continuously improve reports and studies across categories, sub-segments and key retail periods.
