Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to lead market research in the GCC beauty sector. You will manage data from diverse sources, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver monthly and quarterly insights that drive decision-making for brands and partners in the Middle East.

You will develop regional models, verify data across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in business, data analytics, marketing, economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Market Intelligence Analyst, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis techniques.
• Passion for the beauty industry and staying abreast of trends and innovations.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Owner of the Prestige Beauty Panel update, consolidating data into a Power BI dashboard.
• Create monthly and quarterly market reports on market size, shares and key trends.
• Develop and maintain local and regional market models for GCC beauty market.
• Collect and verify regional data for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
• Analyze performance of the beauty market with brands and partners; provide insights on market shifts and trends.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new brands, and business models in beauty.
• Develop and monitor beauty market projections and cross-market analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance data sources.
• Present findings to senior management and external partners.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and continuously improve reports and studies.
