Job summary

HireAlice is seeking an Information Security Architect for UAE operations. The role focuses on enterprise security architecture, zero trust, cloud security (Azure/AWS), IAM, and data protection within banking environments.

The candidate should have 10+ years in information security, 5+ years as architect, and substantive banking/financial services experience, with strong stakeholder management and documentation skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Information Security experience.
• 5+ years as an Information Security Architect or Enterprise Security Architect.
• Mandatory banking or financial services experience.
• Knowledge: Enterprise Security Architecture, Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Security (Azure/AWS), IAM, Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, SIEM, SOC, DLP, EDR/XDR.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, CIS Controls, TOGAF (preferred), CISSP (preferred).
• Preferred certifications: CCSP, CISM, CEH, SABSA, TOGAF, Azure Security Engineer / AWS Security Specialty.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in large enterprise banking environments.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technology teams.
