Jobgether seeks a Senior Backend Engineer specialized in orchestration to design and implement core backend services powering distributed systems. You will own technical decisions and collaborate with a global team to deliver maintainable code and strong developer experiences for customers and partners.

Remote role with an emphasis on autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a product-focused fintech environment. Strong coding standards, testing, and documentation are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience designing backend services for distributed systems.
• Ability to build developer frameworks, integration tools, and workflows.
• Proficiency in a backend language; Python is advantageous but other backgrounds welcome.
• Familiarity with modern methods including TDD and BDD.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain core backend services for high-performance distributed systems.
• Own key technical decisions to balance scalability, reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Build and optimize backend architecture to support evolving product requirements.
• Write clean, well-tested code following engineering standards.
