Job summary

Thrill Labs is hiring multiple Senior Back End Software Engineers to join a fast-growing team building scalable backend systems for Thrill.com, a crypto gaming venture. You will own end-to-end backend development from requirements to deployment in an agile environment.

You will lead architecture discussions, drive technical decisions, and ensure robust, high-quality software. Strong Java/Kotlin, Spring, AWS, and CI/CD experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in Java/Kotlin and Spring.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software aligned with the company vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
