Job summary

MultiBank Group is developing a next-generation proprietary trading platform for institutional and retail clients, focusing on FX, derivatives, and digital assets. The Senior Backend Engineer will own the design, implementation, and production deployment of ultra-high-performance components in Java and/or C++, with emphasis on low-latency trading and robust infrastructure.

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience in high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Expertise with trading systems, including OMS, matching engines, and execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency trading systems for routing, matching, and execution.
• Build and optimize OMS, matching engines, and execution workflows.
• Develop high-performance messaging for real-time market data and internal comms.
• Integrate FIX engines for clients, liquidity providers, and venues.
• Implement pricing engines, liquidity aggregation, and smart order routing.
