Dizzaract is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the architecture of its backend services powering FAR Labs. You will craft technical plans, drive decisions, and deliver scalable features across Go, TypeScript/Node.js, and Python, building OpenAI-compatible APIs and high‑throughput streaming workloads.

You will design distributed systems, optimize latency, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams to ship reliable backend services.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Go and TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js); Python is a plus.
• Proven experience building and operating distributed systems with understanding of consistency and fault tolerance.
• Deep understanding of concurrency models (Go, Node.js) and their trade-offs.
• Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, indexing, transactions and isolation levels.
• Experience with Redis/Valkey or similar in-memory stores.
• Experience building backend systems that serve LLM inference and streaming APIs (SSE/WebSockets).
• Experience designing REST and/or gRPC APIs.
• Experience building auth systems with JWT or Auth0.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture and evolution of core backend services.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and take responsibility after shipping.
• Design and maintain OpenAI-compatible APIs for chat, streaming, and tool calls.
• Build token streaming over SSE/WebSockets with proper cancellation and partial responses.
• Implement routing, load balancing, backpressure, and admission control for varying workloads.
• Design data models and ensure performant PostgreSQL schemas and caching layers.
• Profile and optimize latency and throughput; write automated tests; mentor peers.
