Job summary
Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Abu Dhabi to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable fintech software solutions. You will work on real-time transaction services, digital payments, and future digital currency initiatives within an agile team.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in backend development, API design, microservices, and strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering or backend development.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications and APIs.
- Exposure to real-time transaction platforms, digital wallets, payment systems, or blockchain.
- Strong English communication and collaborative skills; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable fintech software solutions.
- Build APIs and integrations and contribute to microservices and distributed systems.
- Participate in secure SDLC, code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
