• 6+ years of commercial development experience.
• 3+ years in C++ backend development.
• Proficiency with C++ 17/20 and STL/templates.
• Ability to create or review ADRs/RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Core backend component and APIs with clear documentation.
• Refactor modules and reduce technical debt.
• Review ADRs/RFCs and present architectural solutions.
• Conduct code and design reviews for game mechanics.
• Maintain high quality via unit/integration tests and observability.
• Plan and delegate sub-tasks; evaluate results.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate internal processes.
