Job summary

NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud IT Support Engineer in Dubai to provide advanced technical support and manage enterprise AWS infrastructure onsite.

The role requires hands-on AWS expertise across EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and security practices, with strong problem-solving and collaboration to keep IT services running smoothly.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, implement backups, and ensure compliance and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with extensive AWS exposure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure and related IT systems.
• Monitor, maintain and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
• Deploy, configure and manage cloud resources and applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access control in AWS and enterprise systems.
• Implement and maintain security best practices in cloud and IT environments.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, server and application issues.
• Document support procedures, incidents and solutions.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues optimize cloud resources and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This onsite role in Dubai requires hands‑on expertise in AWS services cloud architecture and IT support best practices.
