A leading fund administration firm is seeking an AVP – Client Services to support onboarding and coordinate between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of client-facing experience in fund administration or related services, strong Microsoft skills, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in fund administration, corporate services, or professional services.
• Understanding of fund and corporate structures.
• Experience supporting proposals or client pitches needed.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of fund and corporate structures.
• Act as coordination point between clients and services.
• Assist in structuring discussions for funds and vehicles.
