Emirates Group is seeking an AVSEC Controller - Regulatory Affairs to oversee regulatory compliance across the group’s aviation security programs. You will coordinate with national and international authorities to ensure alignment with GCAA, IOSA, NCASP, and related standards, acting as the primary AVSEC focal point for regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation security, security management, or related roles within public/private sectors.
• Solid knowledge of international aviation security standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and governance policies.
• Experience engaging with government authorities, industry partners, and internal functions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate AVSEC regulatory activities and ensure compliance with GCAA, IOSA, NCASP, and ICAO standards.
• Act as the AVSEC regulatory focal point, supporting regulatory alignment and timely deliverables.
• Develop and deliver briefings/presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements to maintain operational readiness.
