Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Senior Technician - Audio Visual to join the resort's AV and Entertainment Technical Services team. You will oversee daily AV operations across sound, lighting, projection and control networks, ensuring seamless event delivery and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires 8+ years in AV technical services, luxury resort or entertainment venue experience, and leadership in coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Audio Engineering, Technical Theatre, or related field.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functioning of AV systems: sound, lighting, projection and control networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AV control systems for optimal performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV equipment.
• Maintain service logs, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Lead inspections to verify performance, safety and brand compliance.
• Supervise AV technicians and coordinate with other departments for events.
• Support design reviews and installations for new shows.
