Job description

We are looking for a highly experiencedSenior AV/ELV Sales Specialistto lead business development and project acquisition across the UAE. The ideal candidate must bring astrong portfolio of established relationshipsanddirect access to key decision-makersin bothgovernment and private sectors.

This role requires a results-driven professional who understands the technical and commercial dynamics of the AV/ELV industry and is capable of leveraging deep-rooted connections to generate and close high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure AV/ELV projects through strong existing contacts in both government entities and private sector organizations
  • Build on relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients
  • Present tailored solutions for AV/ELV systems, including site-specific proposals and technical/commercial presentations
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, estimation, and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery
  • Monitor and manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends
  • Stay ahead of industry innovations and competitors in the UAE market

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of sales experiencein AV/ELV systems within the UAE
  • Proven network of active contactsin bothgovernment departments(e.g., ministries, municipalities, police, defense, etc.) andprivate sectors(real estate, hospitality, corporate, retail)
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • AV systems (audio, video, control)
  • CCTV & Surveillance
  • Access Control & Intercom
  • Structured Cabling
  • Public Address/BGM Systems
  • Automation and Control Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, large-scale projects
  • UAE driving license ismandatory
  • Arabic speaking is an added advantage
