Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant automotive workshop experience, preferably in dealership/authorized service center.
• Experience with modern vehicle diagnostics and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities from vehicle reception to delivery.
• Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor progress to meet promised delivery times and uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, Warranty and other teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of repairs, parts and findings.
