Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage daily automotive workshop operations for Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge vehicles. You will lead technicians, allocate jobs, monitor progress and ensure compliance with manufacturer procedures and safety standards.

The role requires 5–8 years of workshop experience, preferably in a dealership or authorized service center, with strong leadership and diagnostic capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant automotive workshop experience.
• Experience in a dealership or authorized service center preferred.
• Knowledge of Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge products is an advantage.
• Experience with diagnostics, electrical systems, preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities from vehicle reception to repair quality inspection and delivery.
• Assign repair jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time completion and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and review complex repair cases.
• Ensure repairs follow manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts and Warranty departments to resolve issues.
