Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking an experienced internal auditor to join our Audit and Risk functions in Dubai. You will help shape the annual audit plan, scope assignments, and ensure effective control reviews across departments.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, multicultural environment. UAE market experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of financials and system audit from training or experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High mathematical acumen and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment and strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the annual internal audit plan with input on risk areas.
• Support management in scoping audits and detailed audit plans.
• Communicate tasks to engagement teams clearly for quality results.
• Review controls and compliance with policies; identify gaps and improvements.
• Draft and finalize audit reports with root causes and actions.
• Coordinate end-to-end process reviews and executive summaries.
• Conduct special field audits upon request to investigate critical areas.
