The role requires CA qualification and a strong track record in external audits within the UAE, with focus on quality, process improvement, and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Ensure audits comply with ISA and IFRS.
• Coordinate with partners and clients for smooth engagement execution.
• Review audit files for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Monitor audit quality and ensure proper documentation of evidence.
• Assist in internal and external quality inspections.
• Supervise, mentor, and train audit teams on technical matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and contribute to growth of the audit division.
• Contribute to firm-level audit methodology and improvements.
