We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Associate or Vice President to enhance their operational and investment risk management processes.

What the job involves

1. Partner with investment managers to evaluate risk implications post-deal, including CEO succession and product risks.
2. Model potential impacts on company performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
3. Assess implications on exit strategies and collaborate on strategic decisions with investment teams.
4. Conduct operational due diligence and ensure investee companies have robust risk management frameworks in place.
5. Engage consultants as needed for specialised risk assessments and interventions.

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor's (and/or) master's degree from a top-tier university.
2. Strong background in private markets, with experience in investment risk assessment and portfolio management.
3. Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively to senior stakeholders.
4. Experience with operational due diligence and risk modelling tools.
5. Cross-sector experience and adaptability highly valued.
