On behalf of a leading global law firm with a prominent footprint across the Middle East, we are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Project Finance team based in Dubai.
This is a career-defining opportunity to work closely with the firm’s Head of Middle East, a highly regarded figure in the regional legal market, and to contribute to some of the most complex and high-value infrastructure, energy, and development finance transactions in the region.
You will take a lead role on major project finance transactions across the GCC and wider MENA region, advising sponsors, lenders, multilateral institutions, and government bodies on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of large-scale infrastructure and energy deals.

Advise clients on project finance, acquisition finance, and infrastructure development matters.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of finance and security documents, including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and project documentation.
Represent commercial lenders, ECAs, development banks, and sponsors across sectors including energy, utilities, transport, and social infrastructure.
Play a central role in the management of transactions, including supervising juniors and liaising with clients and local counsel.
Contribute to business development, client pitches, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualified lawyer with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, from a top-tier international law firm.
Strong track record in project finance and related areas such as public-private partnerships (PPPs) or infrastructure M&A.
Familiarity with Middle East markets is preferred but not essential.
Confident, commercially astute, and able to manage high-value, cross-border transactions with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-border environment.
