Job Purpose
The Senior Associate, Organisational Design & Rewards will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of organizational structures and comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that support Modon Holding’s business objectives.
This role requires a strong analytical thinker with a good understanding of operating model design, workforce planning, total rewards strategies, salary benchmarking, incentive and performance-based reward systems and payroll.
