JOB TITLE

Senior Associate, Marketing | Majid Al Futtaim Properties

ROLE SUMMARY

To effectively coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department including

procurement, reporting, budgeting, handling correspondence both internal and external and assisting the

Marketing team with general administration requirements.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Prepare marketing-related correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and ensure compliance with audit and departmental policies.
  • Generate weekly/monthly budget and forecast reports, and other reports requested by management.
  • Manage Marketing LPOs/PRs and coordinate with Finance and Marketing Managers for accurate tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of all marketing expenditures.
  • Coordinate daily with the Marketing team, suppliers, and retailers to support administrative and operational needs.
  • Follow up with agencies on deliverables, reports, and financial settlements.
  • Support campaign planning, supplier briefings, and event execution, including permits and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with MAF policies and contribute to creative initiatives that enhance brand positioning.

Functional Competencies:

  • Administrative and Coordination:Efficient handling of documents, correspondences, and stakeholder communications.
  • Planning and Reporting:Timely generation of accurate reports, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.
  • Execution and Monitoring:Active involvement in campaign delivery and on-ground implementation.
  • Stakeholder and Agency Management:Day-to-day collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and agency partners.
  • Budgeting and Procurement:Processing of PRs/LPOs, monitoring spend and maintaining financial records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
