Job description

A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate/M&A team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK qualified lawyer with extensive experience in high-value domestic and cross-border transactions to work on market-leading deals across the Middle East and beyond.

The Role:

You will play a key role in advising blue-chip clients, sovereign wealth funds, and major private entities on complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate matters. You will be expected to take ownership of client relationships, manage transaction processes from start to finish, and contribute to business development initiatives in the region.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
  2. 7 years of post-qualification experience at top-tier international firms.
  3. Strong track record advising on high-value M&A and JV transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
  4. Proven experience operating in the UAE market.
  5. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
  6. Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
