• Assist with raising debt, equity, and financing for energy projects, focusing on upstream oil and gas operations in Iraq and other regions.
• Collaborate with senior management to prepare high-quality presentations, strategic analyses, and reports.
• Support business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new opportunities aligned with the company’s growth plans.
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and strategic goals.
