About the Role

As part of our continued growth in the Middle East, we are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the following opportunity based in Dubai, UAE:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the design of wet utility infrastructure in line with authority standards and client requirements.
  2. Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and detailed drawings.
  3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
  4. Engage with local authorities for design submissions, approvals, and compliance.
  5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the team.

About You

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  2. Minimum 8+ years (Senior) / 12+ years (Associate) of experience in wet utilities design within the UAE or GCC region.
  3. Strong understanding of local authority requirements (DEWA, DM, RTA, etc.).
  4. Proficient in software such as Civil 3D, InfoWater, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and similar hydraulic modeling tools.
  5. Proven track record in delivering high-quality designs for large-scale urban or infrastructure projects.
