Job summary

Hydrogen Group is assisting an international law firm in Dubai to appoint an Associate to its Corporate, Commercial & Restructuring team. The role offers exposure to high-value matters across the Middle East with a focus on cross-border work.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 PQE, strong corporate, commercial and M&A experience, common law qualification, and prior work at a leading international firm. Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 PQE target with strong corporate, commercial and M&A exposure
• Experience in restructuring matters within a leading international law firm
• Common law qualification and training suitable for a top-tier practice
